Nature. Movement. Connection.

Step Outside. Slow Down. Connect with the Outdoors.

Walking is one of the simplest and most accessible ways to support your physical and mental wellbeing. You don’t need special equipment, a certain level of fitness or any previous experience. Just a willingness to put one foot in front of the other.

Whether you’re looking to move more, spend time in nature, meet new people or simply clear your mind after a busy week, walking offers a powerful way to support both body and mind.

At Revive, we’re passionate about helping people discover the benefits of getting outdoors. Alongside our soon-to-launch programme of local wellbeing walks and hiking events, we’re proud to partner with Hiking UK, a friendly and welcoming community of more than 18,500 members who share a love of the outdoors, adventure and connection.

If you’ve ever seen Revive founder Susan out in the hills, there’s a good chance she’s hiking with this fantastic group. Many of her closest hiking friendships have been built through Hiking UK, with members supporting one another both on and off the hills.

Whether you’re joining a gentle local wellbeing walk, taking on a longer countryside hike or exploring a challenge with one of our partner groups, you’ll find opportunities to move, connect and enjoy the many benefits that time spent outdoors can bring.

Because sometimes the best therapy is fresh air, good company and a path stretching out ahead of you.
